These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of blockmindlabs.ai (the "Site"), operated by BlockMind Labs ("BlockMind Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms govern use of the Site itself. Any AI infrastructure, cloud, blockchain intelligence, or cybersecurity services we provide to customers are governed by a separate, signed services agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms for that engagement.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related networks
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, including through automated scraping, denial-of-service activity, or circumventing rate limits and bot protection
- Submit false, misleading, or malicious content through the contact form
- Use the Site to transmit malware or other harmful code
2. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the BlockMind Labs name and marks, are owned by BlockMind Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.
You may view and download content from the Site for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content for any other purpose without our prior written permission.
3. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may reference or link to third-party websites and services (for example, GitHub, LinkedIn, or WhatsApp) that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and linking to it does not imply endorsement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BlockMind Labs is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
